The general-purpose trailer with a rigid construction provides a safe and reliable way to transport cable drums. It is made of strong steel sections and is equipped with two independent load winches, each with 8-meter steel cables.

Chassis: U-shaped steel construction with a hook in the center, open at the back for placing the cable drum. Single suspended wheels and air suspension. High-adjustable hooks are equipped with a tow eye with an internal diameter of 40 mm (DIN type).

Axle and brakes: 2 ends of the axle, tapered sliding bearings, S-cam brake, and adjustable brake rods.

Braking system: 2-line service brake with compressed air, equipped with an automatic load-dependent braking system (ALB) and an anti-lock system (ABS), parking brake.

Body: Sectional steel construction for lifting the drum, loading of the drum is done using two independent manually operated load winches with a safe crank mechanism for loading and unloading, even in the most difficult conditions.

Electrical system: Two rear 3-section lights, 24 V DC, in accordance with German road regulations (StVZO).

Finish: All steel parts are sandblasted and phosphated. Zinc-chromate primer and high-quality paint finish in RAL 2000 orange color. Other colors are available for an additional fee.

Optional feature included - Drum rotation drive:The trailer is also equipped with a hydraulic drum drive. (MWT) It is powered by the same hydraulic unit used for the loading procedure. The drive axle, equipped with two rubber rollers, presses against the rim of the cable drum and operates in both directions, winding and unwinding cable to/from the drum. The rotational speed is smoothly adjustable.
