The control station, commonly referred to as the Oiler, is a standard component of every MAX Basic Set. It is used to lubricate and control the operation of the jacking machine. The oiler is equipped with pneumatic valves through which we can regulate the speed of operation and the direction of operation (front to back).
It also has the function of lubricating the ‘mole’ (as the name suggests), and is equipped with an oil tank and dosing unit. The supply air flows through the oil mist collector. In this form, the oil mist is fed into the pneumatic equipment such as a mole or hammer through the supply and control hose, in order to ensure proper working conditions for the moving parts of the jacking machine. A lubrication intensity regulator is located in the station.
For lubrication it is necessary to use EkoMAX oil, made of harmless components that are quickly biodegradable, certified by the PZH (National Institute of Hygiene).
