Electric Lightning Protection Wire Straightening Machine

The electric wire straightener has been designed for straightening steel lightning conductor wire, but it can also be used for wires or flat bars made of other materials (e.g., copper or aluminum). The device features 9 guide rollers – the more rollers, the longer the section of wire being straightened, resulting in better work efficiency. Two pairs of upper rollers are independently adjustable, and the large butterfly knobs and reinforced clamping screws allow precise adjustment.

In the motor-driven version, the device fully complies with applicable standards and legal regulations, as confirmed by tests conducted by an independent certification body. A written CE conformity declaration is provided for each drive unit.

Wire straightening:

1. Loosen the adjustment screws completely so that they do not resist when feeding the wire.

2. Before inserting the wire into the straightener, straighten its end to a length of approximately 50 cm.

3. Feed the wire between the rollers so that about 15 cm extends beyond the straightener.

4. Gradually tighten the adjustment screws until the wire can be moved using the crank and the wire exiting the straightener is straight.

5. Use the crank to straighten the desired length of wire.
