Ground Wire Straightener

The straightener has been designed for straightening steel ground wire, but it can also be used for wires or flat bars made of other materials (e.g., copper or aluminum). Our device is a proven and reliable solution, confirmed by numerous positive reviews and high ratings of previous versions.

At the beginning of 2024, we decided to refresh our design: the most important change in the new version is the ability to straighten not only round wire, but also flat bars with dimensions of 25×3 or 30×4 mm! Additionally, compared to the previous model, it is now possible to straighten wires of smaller diameters, starting from just 2 mm.

The device is equipped with 9 guide rollers – the more rollers, the longer the section over which the wire is straightened, which translates into better results. Two pairs of upper rollers are independently adjustable, and the use of large butterfly knobs and reinforced pressure screws allows for precise adjustment.

Wire straightening:

1. Loosen the adjusting screws completely so that they do not create resistance when inserting the wire.

2. Before inserting the wire into the straightener, straighten its beginning over a length of approximately 50 cm.

3. Insert the wire between the rollers so that it protrudes about 15 cm beyond the straightener.

4. Tighten the adjusting screws gradually and carefully until the wire can be moved using the crank, and the wire exiting the straightener is straight.

5. Using the crank, straighten the desired section of the wire.
