Thanks to our PE pipe squeeze-off clamp, all work on a live pipeline can be carried out under pressure efficiently and quickly while maintaining the highest standards of work safety.
The pipe is squeezed by two rollers that close the pipe while taking the wall thickness into account. Turning the handle at the top makes the clamp squeeze the pipe until the pipe walls touch completely and the flow is stopped. The handle ends with two balls for comfortable operation. Thanks to the type of clamp, we have full control over the smooth adjustment of the closing and opening speed.
The manual clamp 0-125 mm is easy and light to transport thanks to its light steel frame and compact design.
WORKING TIPS:
- Keep a sufficient distance from the weld when squeezing
- After finishing the work, inspect the pipe carefully for damage
- Mark the place on the pipe where you applied the clamp
- You can reinforce the squeeze point with an electrofusion coupler
