The PCW4500 allows you to use any length of rope. The ideal rope for this model is a double-braided polyester rope with a diameter of 12 mm!

Very easy to use! The rope is attached to the object to be moved and at the opposite end is wrapped three (or four) times around the capstan drum. When the engine is running, the capstan drum rotates continuously and the friction created by pulling/tensioning the free end of the rope causes the rope to move and pull the object.

A multi-purpose polyester strap (60 mm x 2 m) is included which can be used for many winch mounting and anchoring applications.
