Lifting Lever for Manhole Cover
The trolley lifter is designed for lifting very heavy, deep, and stuck cast iron covers, using two PM 400 - 500 or 1000 lifters set in parallel or in a special configuration with two mechanical hooks.
It is used in conjunction with two PM500 permanent magnets, which can be quickly placed on the cover, providing a very strong magnetic adhesion to the cast iron.
The trolley engages the magnets, and with the long lever, an ordinary operator can apply a significant lifting force to move the cover.
The adjustable lower strut allows for the creation of a contact triangle, keeping the trolley/cover assembly stable during lifting, preventing vibrations or unwanted movements, and ensuring excellent control over the operation.
The trolley is completely disassemblable, with adjustable wheels and hooks, and everything is stored in a "cordura" bag for transport and storage.
